How to get to Birmingham Airport
It’s easy to access the Birmingham Airport from North and South via M42 junction 6 and From Birmingham city centre via A45 Coventry road.
The shuttle train service (monorail) can be taken from the first floor of the airport to the Birmingham International Rail Station and the NEC.
The premium set down car park is located outside the terminal building with a cost of £2 for 10 minutes, £5 for 15 minutes, £7 for 20 minutes and after 20 minutes could be costly.
Multi-storey car parks 1, 2 and 3 are located next to the terminal building and are recommended for short to medium stays and for picking up passengers.
Long stay car parks (5, 7) are located further away from the terminal building however is still in walking distance from the terminal building. There is also a bus route to and from the terminal to the long stay parking and is highly recommended for stays over 1 week and These car parks offer great value for money.

The premium set down car park is the most connivance point for rapid dropping off the passengers which is situated outside the terminal building and it costs £2 for 10 minutes.
Also, a drop off car park which is situated roughly 400 meters from the terminal building and can be reached around 10 minutes by foot and it’s free of charge for 30 minutes.
Picking up passengers
Due to passport control, security check and luggage collection, It’s always tricky to estimate how long it will be take for passengers to arrive at arrival terminal and so the best options to pick up the passengers are car park 1, 2 and 3. These car parks are situated near terminal building and it costs £4.90 for up to an hour.
